How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your dashboard.

Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

How do I report a player?

You may report players you see violating our rules throughout our entire platform, this includes player servers. You can review our rules here.

If you are reporting something more severe such as a player griefing a server, please ensure you give us all the required information.

You can report a player by creating a Support ticket. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Offending Player IGN

  • Offense

  • Date of Offense

  • Platform Offense Occurred On

Please be aware that creating fake reports on purpose to get another player punished will result in an instant ban.
