I fixed it, it was a bit of a hassle, I had an issue where I had a delay of 300ms where it resets the recognition because of some bugs but that was causing the phone to completely stop listening

Now that I removed that delay it works fine

Fuck now I have a new issue

on how to make the modal on the phones stay where it is
