I've wasted almost 3-4 hrs fixing the issue on my system. I've tried the all the steps mentioned in the link but still same issue is happening -

Means you don’t have react-scripts installed. If it’s in package.json, just run npm install

this is the ss of my package.json file & have almost run npm install 3-4 times

it seems to be trying to use a global npm package that you never installed
