I've got a PowerA wireless GameCube controller for my Switch, and the joysticks aren't accurate. I can't even calibrate them, my system won't let me. Is there a fix for this?

It's not an actual Gamecube controller, mind you. And since it's not a Pro controller, it cannot be calibrate by the Switch.

#

You just got it? What about return/exchange duration?

It was a Christmas gift

Saying it's not accurate is kinda vague, what's the exact problem with it?

The 8 notches in both joysticks don't line up where the system should register them, ie, direct left should be direct left and isn't

Tbh those controllers are not that good in term of durability.

There isn't a lot of light remedies for this issue.

You can send it to repair, but the cost might just be "Better buy a new one"

I suppose I can at least ask what they recommend

The repair shop? Eh sure, go over these guides to find one. Or just look around your local areas.
