I pair my joycons to my pc, but when I turn them off and back on, they don't connect back to the computer, even though they are showed as paired in the bluetooth menu

Joycon is not officially supported by Windows so it's a bit finicky. Try pressing and holding the pairing button for a bit.

Hmm try to remove it from the Window's bluetooth list and add it back again

But its very inconvenient to remove them and pair them again every time i turn them off

So i was wondering if there was a way to make them connect in a similar way they do to the switch

Tbh, this is how all these unsupported controller will be like on PC. You will have to do it once in a while, or every damn time you need to connect them.
