joycon moves a tiny bit without the button bring pressed.

I think that's normal. The joycon is a modular part, of course it would have some play on the rail

the tiny button on the back may be damaged since it is supposed to be locked on without going anywhere i'd say ignore it till the joycon breaks and you need a new one (i am talking about expirience)
