does anyone know if there is anyway to use more then one paypal account on the eshop or some sort of work around, wanting to use one account for recurring things like subscriptions and the others for other purchases

Hmm I haven't heard of anything like that. I guess you can do that with credit card + Paypal, but not with 2 different Paypal account.

Regardless, this type of topic is best to be answered by Nintendo's customer support, they do have a better understanding on this issue.
