We typically have a post in #switch-news when there are coordinated sale events.

For individual title-by-title sales we previously had some bot functionality that facilitated this, however, the API we used to gather this information went offline. We started writing our own to bridge the gap however tracking historical data and coordinating across all the various regions eshops is not an insignificant level of effort. NT Deals works pretty well for this but you have to subscribe to remove ads
