i already made reddit posts but fot banned and cant contact nintendo. I tried to use support chat few times but they keep asking me 200 times for my personal info (adress, name, age, email literally everything) rather than help . I keep getting 2137-xxxx error sometimes something different but its always about just not being able to connect both consoles. Both of them are updated,tested with dock, original and non original more powerful chargers,less powerdul chargers literally everything i could. I used switch lite as my main before gettting switch 2; I transfered whole system without an issue,never used non official softwares and both consoles have the samw account, language,region, wifi connection and the same game cartridge was used on both. I even tried to reinstall game on lite, reset console and nothing changes. Idk what to do anymore i just want to play on my switch lite pls
