So I bought animal crossing: new horizons on the Nintendo Eshop and paid for it and everything, and it is on my home screen but something is wrong and I need yalls help.

And as yall can see it can't load onto console

Hmm… try resetting the system and see if it works. If not, then try removing and re-inserting the virtual card after that

I see you have 3 user profiles- did you buy it on the primary profile? If it still doesn’t work after resetting I would potentially look into if that’s the root of the problem

How does one resetting? And will I remove any of my stuff on it if I do so?

Just hold the power button and a menu will appear, kinda like fully shutting off a phone. Save data or anything won’t be affected, and it will either effect nothing or will be helpful :)
