it shows that it gets power by blinking green, but no matter what i do it doesnt work. yes i have the official ac power cord and dock etc, ive tried everything possibly online and im probably gonna need to do an exchange but if anyone has any other solutions id be open to ideas

ive narrowed it down to the problem being the dock itself, the switch charges fine with any other cord except the dock. i cant do a dock update because it doesnt detect that its docked either
