I only just got my tracking number for my pre order from Nintendo but I'm a bit confused because at the bottom of the email it says 3-4 days shipping so depends that mean it'll arrive 3-days after release day?

it means three days after it shipped

so its already shipped. its three days after whenever that happened

That email was sent today saying it was shipped so that means it'll come 3 days from today?
