not lesser known but are Nintendo exclusive: the Xenoblade series
Both of the Octopath Games are amazing if you've not played them yet. Both are stand alone so you don't need to play them in order.
Sea of Stars is brilliant.
Eiyuden Chronical is an amazing game but doesn't run well on the switch (frequent crashing).
Moonstone Island is good. Not sure how it runs on Switch but plays well on my Deck. Not seen any complaints about the Switch port, so probably fine.
Astlibra. It's indie. Dev spent like 14 years to make. 2D with a really long intro but the combat and gameplay are addicting with a gear mastery system that took me out of my comfort zone to play different styles. I finished all of it at the highest difficulty if you have questions
