Switch won't connect to TV

I know for a fact theres something wrong with the switch and not the dock, because it worked with my friends switch. When I put my switch in, the green light turns on, but it doesn't go over to the TV. Also, I have to kind of maneuver the switch around for it to charge properly, if that has anything to do with it

No clue. I’d recommend taking it to someone who is an expert with this in your area if nobody else knows.

Unless you have a switch lite (jk)
