#Switch will not connect to the internet

Hi, I’m sorry for being specific, but I have no leads to the problem. The diagram of the Switch connecting shows it stopping at the first part. It says it’s due to poor signal, but that’s clearly not it. I’d really appreciate if you could help me out, and I’m sorry for not being all too specific.

@wicked sluice you may be restricted by your internet provider's mac address filtering

that's one of the possible culprits

or, you can reset your router password, could be it as well

#

i would more so lean towards it being MAC ADDRESS filtering related... which leads to me suggesting to add the mac address alphanumerics to the filtering feed of devices being allowed to run on the computer's internet network

if you can't find where to input the mac address correctly, call/chat with your ISP asap

I do recall a random device connecting to our WiFi, then start using data, so we blocked it from our network. That could be it but A: you think it would be named something Nintendo related, and B: you think it would have connected before
