Trying to find someone who might be able to assist me with an issue.
Got a switch gifted for Christmas in 2021 and have been playing on and off during the last 3 yrs.
I purchased Hogwarts Legacy a few months ago, and when I started up my switch today, I got the below error you see in the picture.
I have gone through all troubleshooting actions, including a factory reset, deleting the software from the console and installing it again directly onto the console, trying to start it without save data, but nothing works and it's now doing the same with 3 more games.
I have already reached out to Nintendo Aus/NZ, and they have sent me some paperwork to fill out, but I was hoping I might get an answer here before I send it off.
