Hello. Im looking for a farming simulator game but with some RPG tweaks like fighting monsters, upgrading items, upgrading character overall and other stuff which are typical for RPG.

You can also give me some recommendations for some grindy RPG games or not RPG but grindy.

You should look at Stardew Valley. You run a farm, and there is a dungeon to explore.
