My switch is downloading a game but when left on the dock it stops downloading. Is there a problem?

Do you put it to sleep mode? Or just on the dock working

And a constant wifi connection

It pauses the download

Don’t turn it off while you’re downloading

if you put it to sleep yourself it will not work

If it will go to sleep on its own it might work although i never tried

But keep the switch always on to ensure whatever you download will download
You can change in the settings how long it takes for the switch to go into sleep mode
I personally set it on an hour but i dont let it go to sleep mode i just press a button or something
You could make it not go to sleep mode automatically at all
