wirelessly the 2110-1100 means that your switch was unable to detect the network that matches any of the saved networks in the internet settings

in usb LAN it means the adapter was not installed correctly (wired connection to the dock)

#

you could also try to do a hard power cycle by holding the power button for like 10 seconds
