I think that's just naturally violet being one of those games that had issues with slight delay papershrug

I doubt it's the oled being the problem

If any other game sees significant delay (except for violet/scarlet) then possibly.

a good way to test wheter it's your Switch lagging, or just the game itself, is by playing any other game you might have that has online capability/matchmaking features! (ex. a quick play match on Super Smash Bros. or a match on Overwatch!)

You can also test using the System Settings > Controllers & Sensor > Test input

or record a video of your hand pressing the input while playing agains the dummyin Smash

#

the video has to capture both your hand pressing the button and the screen with the timer
