uhhh i think the problem is the switch tablets
because ive sent the joycons to them and they said there was no problem, but then when trying to connect them the system is buggy

Sending it in one cost anything if it was under warranty you should check to see if it's under warranty

Have you tried testing with a different pair of joycon?
If you want to send it in, it's up to you but I have to mention Nintendo consider any "major" repair a tier of fixed cost: $99
But their policy may have changed the last time I checked, so the best way is to contact them directly to ask.
