PowerA controller wont connect to Nintendo Switch

Hey,

So my powerA pro controller wont connect to nintnedo switch and I disconnected all of my controllers n try to reconnect to see if it work but it didn't. Any advice?

i used a different usb c to usb cable n it seem to work fine w the red light turning on at the top but it wont even connect w the switch when connecting it to the dock via the cable

Have you tried using other USB ports?

was it working fine before? maybe an update messed it up, see if you can try it in someone else switch, like in a game store if they let you test it @drifting kettle

@drifting kettle I can only suspect the cable. From what I heard, PowerA controller can be picky with the cable and it's hard to buy an extra one.
