@solar veldt did you drop the controller by chance?
not a video but it will guide you step by step
if you're not comfortable following these steps then you should pay someone to repair it for you
that will depend on whether you broke the existing part or whether you merely dislodged it
that's not a certainty
you may have broken the plastic
you'll only be able to tell once you've disassembled the controller
