I entered all the credentials until I meet the “confirm identity” part after confirming logging in to the account, logging in the email. And it’s asking me to confirm identity with birthday or nickname I do both and it says “please entered nickname or birthday” even after entering it! It’s a never ending loop that won’t let me progress! Please help this is so frustrating and infuriating! #969334540566949930

Even if I add birthday it does this it’s like I can not move forward from this!

If anyone is having issues, try loggin in to the email used to create the account, from there look for a message regarding the new account, gives name, date created, birthday etc
