Okay, hi. My sister just got herself a new switch after her first gen finally started to show its age. She wanted to transfer her data, oh if only it had been that simple.
I have no clue what she and my mum have done, but after changing passwords and ids (both the parental and the other account), no account is accessible on either switch.
I don't know how long switch support from Nintendo takes, so I'm praying someone here has a clue.
