I haven’t use my switch for more than half a year. When I wanted to turn it on my whole screen was only black. After some research I came to the conclusion that my battery was dead so I replaced my battery. Now when I turn on my switch I get the next error: error code 2101-0001. Again I did some research and one of the things that can cause this is outdated software. Now I think that this is the problem because I didn’t use my switch for a long time.
I have no idea how I can update my switch, because I can’t turn it on without getting the error. So I can’t reach the settings where you normally update.
Does anybody know how I can fix this problem?

we don’t really have a way to update it ourselves without the system being operational
