My switch won’t connect to the dock no matter what i try. Can anyone help?

Yes, it just started today

The back of the dock is really hot to the touch, so that might be part of the problem

The switch takes power from a cord directly but not through the dock

Ok, look to the LED light on the corner of the dock, is it staying lit?

The light doesn’t turn on

When i turn the switch on when its inside the dock the screen stays on

That's normal. It will always flash once when you connect anything to the USB-C jack.

It's a HDMI signal status indicator, when it's staying lit, the dock is having stable connection

But if it's having issue, it would blink or simply doesn't lit up at all

#

Anyway, can you follow the steps below?
