Disinfectant Wipes to clean Pro Controllers

Is it safe to use general use antibacterial wipes on my Pro Controller's surfaces? It's not an isopropyl alcohol wipe I think, so I won't use it to wipe the control stick

Hmm tbh if it's not IPA wipe then you should be careful.

some chemicals have different reaction to different materials on the Switch

for example, ethanol is OK on the surface plastic but may degrade the rubber on the joystick.
