You can't "fix" something that was designed that way. It's not a problem, it's just how it is. If that adapter's feature doesn't align with your needs, then you have to buy a different one.

Ive just ordered a adapter for gamecube to switch, but some reviews say it reads the gamecube as a pro, i would like to know if the is possible to fix without buying a new one
(Note, i havent gotten it yet but its going to come in, i cant stop it)
