Hello! I am trying to change my DNS so i can join other minecraft servers, But when i go to change it in the Manual Setup, the Save button is always faded no matter what i change. I'm trying to get this fixed before the server i want to join is perminantly removed

Hmm when it's faded, it meant there is nothing to save.

HOW TO CHANGE DNS

• What's DNS? How can it help?
･ Domain Name System (DNS) is an internet system akin to an address book.
･ Using a better Public DNS service may improve connection speed.
･ Google's Public DNS service is often recommended, which is what we will use in this guide.

• How to change Nintendo Switch's DNS settings:
･ From Home Menu, navigate to System Settings ⚙️ > Internet > Internet Settings.
･ Select your network under Registered Networks.
･ Select Change Settings > DNS Settings > Change it to Manual.
･ Set these settings as follow:

Primary DNS: 008.008.008.008
Secondary DNS: 008.008.004.004
