It's random. You can't test them in one week.

When i test raid weekend bases, i activate them in 3-4 clans for at least 2-4 weeks and take the average afterwards.

Because the defense works like this:
good bad bad good good good bad etc.

You can have one week where you get only 260 raids medals and 27-32 attacks while in the next week you can get 30-45 defenses and 350 medals with the exact same layouts

Not really. Players have created a point based semi competitive system called Elo where 2 players would attack 3 clan capital districts at a time and results would be compared to see who's the winner. It uses friendly challenges (yes you can do that in clan capital) and can be done in the weekdays

Might be a weird question but, currently I have a personal solo war clan that’s under level 10, and I have a dono account that sits in a random level 10 clan that I can join to donate myself max troops.

I know it’s a lot of work but if I max out clan capital in my clan, would that replace the need for my donation account? For the reinforcement thing with clan medals. And would it be fine if I just stop doing raid weekend until I run out of medals? Would my clan capital depreciate or anything if I don’t use it?

It’s probably easier to just join a random capital hall 10 clan every weekend to do your raids

Maxing out your clan capital takes over 100 000 000 capital gold

But if it were maxed you would get enough medals raiding on only one account since medals are based on performance and not on the number of people who attack

You don't inherently gain much more medals by just being maxed
Most of your medals come from good attacking. Not doing raids is a bad idea since you need to do all 6 of your attacks to get maximum medals from raids. Drop 1 of your raids and you can easily lose all of your medals unless you already have a lot in store
You can still gain medals even after you leave a clan so you can still raid in a clan, leave to join another clan and still get the medals

are there any tips on how to tank for sparky more consistently

If you want to plan deeply you could check the walls your sparky will likely pass along the way and see up to what point your rams are going to go ijnthe direction you want

And adjust your amount of rams and giants accordingly to how long rams will actually tank

I personally also enjoy bringing a hog glider in order to reset bigger defenses locking onto sparky, especially useful if you play haste 2 gy and have no zap

avg of 4, nobody has bases like that because it's literally impossible.
One week you find clans that only need 28 attacks and your average is already below 4 for the whole raid.

You can get it occasionally on weekends where your defense is really good tho, but sadly not consistently.

I think an average above 3 is good.

No 2 shots should occur except wv in very rare cases and peak should never be 3 shot, than you got a good set imo.

For "default layouts" which is when clans don't move buildings at all after they unlock them, there are one shot methods for all of them but dragon cliffs (too much rng needed) and capital peak (impossible)
For normal nondefault layouts, the rule of thumb is use the mega sparky for compact bases and use the mountain golem (with the endless haste spell) for spread out bases
Capital peak 2 shots are very difficult to do and requires a lot of practice and experience

If you check your upgrade count in your clan description after upgrading one, it’ll have increased by one

Rebuilding ruins also pushes your upgrade number

You can just keep your default layouts, maybe modify it a bit

I would suggest don’t even start raid in ch2, just go to a random open ch10 clan and do raids

Dump the gold in your own clan, but it still might take forever to upgrade

Find clans with maxed miners and frost and do your raids there

Create tons of th 6 accounts so you can do more raids

You should be able to easily get 20-30k per account with miner spam
