you can't because it's proofen to be wrong

the best base builder in clan capital get often out played (in defense) by someone who has to clue and puts buildings together randomly.

defense is pure luck.
if you get a ch9 clan with not maxed troops for their lvl, you can and will get 40+ defenses easily, while the best bases go down in 3 attacks even by slightly above average people already.
8 districts x 3 = 24 + a peak 4 shot = 28 hits.

wv gets more often 2 shot compared to other layouts so that may even get down to only 27 hits.

start at 6oc with 1 ram sparky, 1 giant, let them get the small compartment down, use the second ram later when the RA is down for the multi cannon.

tank sparky with 1 giant after the next while looking where she goes, wherever she stops, use the rage spell so that she one shots whatever she's aiming at and place 3-4 skeleton barrels at the 9oc spear thrower

Last answer, hasn't even answered the question.

Big L from them in my opinion, i remember exactly their announcement about tripling the employees and creating 3 different teams, for each game mode, one. (hv, bb, cc)

then they have excuses for any new feature, no bb update in 18 months, no cc update in 12 with at least 3-4 more months without one and already confirmed in an other answer that no ch11 will be added with a completely nonsense reasoning.

they said hey we want to be more transparent and share more insights with the community but don't do that when getting questioned. (in an ama)

If they increased their team amd whatever i really ask myself what they are doing, they milk the home village out and it still brings many bugs with each update, like they just released a beta version.

But tencent probably wants to see more gains, i got no other explanation for that behavior.

Switching to home village, i got maxed nearly F2P (2-3 Gold passes) for multiple town hall lvls before till a new one came out and with th16 its straight up impossible. (while winning 80% +of all wars)

milking as in having an advantage like bringing out op troops equipment, you need to buy it for money to play with it and it's getting nerfed afterwards, idc about cosmetics or similar as they don't give an advantage.

sure easy doable in two attacks. play golem in the haste spell with two frost spells.

one frost on the peak with the spear thrower and keep the second frost for the rare occasion your golem takes a weird path to an inferno tower.

take some hogs and barbs to help to funnel the golem

basically golem in haste spell to target the giant cannon, 1 hog at the cannon at 6oc and 1 barb on the trash hut on the outside at 6oc

i would suggest removing the decorations, but before that upgrading to ch10, otherwise defense doesn't matter sadly.

and for proper layouts you need to remove all decorations

Better strat is, join an open ch10 clan and raid there with 10 miners 1 frost 2 graveyard spells and put the gold in your clan till you reach ch9 to do it in your own clan.

The best thing to do is to upgrade the capital Hall every chance you get

Forget about maxing out your defenses, get to the next Capital hall ASAP, every since time

Well i can't say just yes, that's the army as i adjust my army for every attack i do. might switch a spell, a troop or whatever.

For example with this army, after the first attack you don't need a 2nd haste spell anymore and you can use 2 frost spells, you just need to put the golem in the haste spell again.

I did one here i use rloon and miner to clear air defenses then second attack ith sdrag and ship to clean it up but it feels like thte dropship is meh

Hi, you don't need layouts if you're lower than capital peak lvl 9.
Defense doesn't matter before that
