Usually for 1700+ medals you need to maintain a maximum of 1-2 fails per raid

anything below that will significantly lower your raid medals as offense is far more important than defense

You need to play at least at ch10 with maxed offense or at ch9 if you’re insanely good. Then you need to get a great average number of attacks per district, the goal should be two attacks per normal district and 3 per capital peak. It’s really nice, but that many skelly barrels usually aren’t too useful, splash defenses and traps can kill them quickly

More tanking giants or rams as well as one or two hogs to stun infernos usually get great value

As for spells, haste + 2 graveyard is a great combination for the first hit that can help a lot with sparky moving quicker through the base while also being tanked for with the graveyards

Rage also is really good with sparky as a rage placed in areas with high hp defenses allows her to oneshot those she otherwise couldn’t get in one hit like maxed rocket artilleries, air bombs or mortars

Hello everyone, I need some guidance. My father in law has run a clan for many many years, he absolutely loves the game, and has bought every skin that has ever been released, he buys every monthly pass, and plays 6 accounts (and sometimes his wifes other 4) He is very dedicated. However, he is old, and doesnt understand how capital algorithms work. We play every weekend, I myself with 6 accounts, my wife has 3, and we have a couple members that play along with us. In total about 25 accounts that attack every capitol weekend. On a "good" weekend, we rise maybe 25-30 points. If we take 6 full capitals, and we get taken by 5 clans. We might only rise +7. This is what frustrates my father in law. He thinks we should be skyrocketing simply because our offense was higher than our defense. I've tried to explain to him it likely works as follows.
Our base opens up for attack on friday to a single clan, and once they take it, it opens to another. and so on.

Meanwhile we are opening one clan after the next until all our accounts have attacked.

We simply do not have the clan member numbers to keep going, to attack more bases

am I wrong on how Capital works?

defence plays a small part in trophies

a sort of alculation for trophies would be current trophies*0.8+0.2*((total loot)^0.6+50ln(loot/atk-defensive loot/atk)+369) if ur curious
