@magic matrix that's a pretty common base design. Tbh I think it's crap. I always get at least an 80% 2 star when facing a maxed bh8 with that design. Diamond bases work a lot better

Prioritise maxing the builder hall

just follow these steps: build any new army camps, max your pumps/mines, upgrade your storages and drop all your new defences then upgrade your bh asap. All while researching your favorite army composition to the max of each bh level

i recommend to stay away from witches, it might seem strong at lower bh lvls but its pretty weak once you hit later bh lvls

Basically, upgrade a comp you want to use to max level. As for defences I prefer maxing one building at a time. It's pretty subjective though

People can get the 2 star but drop minion is really the only strategy i use that has consistently worked for me

if you place a bomber in front of the center wall of a five-walls segment, the first bomb hits all the walls in that segment
