You can shield bombers with barbs.
Make sure you drop barbs first to distract mortar/ trap checker
Then place bombers quickly after it
Keep it as a cycle in your mind

I see allot of people with like 4-500 wins up in the 4000s. I assume most people are only doing their 3 loot raids. I myself play many many times a day. Iโm newly BH7. At around 4100. But Iโm coming up on 1250 wins. People say whatโs the point. I like to think of it as practice. Yeah your trophyโs go up and down frequently. But I like to see all the different attacks against me. See different bases to attack. Get ideas. What do you guys think

Walls really help with delaying the BM, and even giants now that they're used a bit if there are no wall breakers. I would try to get level 3/4 walls at least for sure before you sort of forget about them, as levels 1 and 2 aren't much of a stall. Don't focus on just walls though, upgrade your BH as in BB you don't need to max your base and rushing is actually ideal.

I'd strongly say the crushers are good, if you don't 3shot or 4shot lvl 15 machine.. Firecrackers are important, and the teslas are too. Most important list for me is..
Traps, Archer Towers, Teslas, Cannons, Double Cannons, Roaster, Giant Cannon, Firecrackers, Air Bombs, then just lab upgrades in between

TBH those bases donโt really work if the attacker is smart. you just need to work on upgrading roaster, mortar, and your crushers then barbs wonโt be that effective.

My base always gets +70% 2 starred at ~4700. I've been struggling to get past 4850 for 3 days now. Just now I managed to get 92% 2 stars but lost to a max giants/canons attack. Argh.
I think it's really a waste of time trying to push to +5K with l6 defenses

I use luphe base (or one that Vietnam person used to use) and I switched a few buildings around like the crusher and it rarely gets 70 percent + and then again it only got 70 percent + because my mortar or giant cannon was down

My tag is #8GGCG8JO9, I am not rushed at either base, well i rushed walls on my builder hall but that was sure. I have some like 6 lvl5 walls tho. I just came to bh6 and got all defense. I unlocked witch and out minions to go to lvl11. I will take them to 12 as my friend said they are very good. I also put one archer tower to go lvl6.

What I really don't like of the builder base is the number of players who gemmed defenses and walls (and obviously troops, but you don't need to spend gems to have max barch and lvl 10+ bombers). Supercell will surely think otherwise.

I've played the BB from day one, missed maybe one week during vacation. I have maxed traps, maxed roaster and air bombs, all the other defenses are level 6 (giant cannon is level 3), my walls are level 4. My opinion, no flame intended, is that who has most defenses maxed, or walls level 5+, has spent gems, and a lot.

if you visit top players, it looks like baloons and minions is also effective (at least, some of them have it in their army camps)
but top players have all troops maxed, so they probably change it every attack

balloon and minions will give you a solid 70-80% most of the time thats why they are commonly used
that being said ground attacks with barbs and archers and stuff like that 3 star more often but those attacks also fail more often which adds some risk onto them. Overall its usually the layout of the base which decideswhich attack is the safer bet

Truth is every strat is op.
The difference is made by the amount of time a strat requires to max out.
Bombarian was the quickest than bombarch bb drag minions Mitch all archers. Every strat is op because some defenses weren't dropped as planned by SC. They had planned to drop a sec guard post and air bomb. So the troops were designed for a base with those defenses that's why the attack is so much stronger at bh7 compared to the previous BH levels

Just want to know peoples opinion...Im a close to max bh6 (ya Im that guy). I am currently upgrading my multi mortar (3 days). Do you guys attack with an important defense upgrading? I have always just waited for the upgrade to finish but with the 3 days time Im going to miss out on some loot. Im usually between 2800-3000 trophies. What do you guys think? Thanks

If you are near max bh6 you should be higher in trophies
Anyway no matter how you look at it attacking and getting the loot and perhaps losing some trophies is still way better option then not attacking and losing that loot especially since in bh7 a lot of stuff has 3/4 days build time and if you chose not to attack during those days you are going to lose a heck lot of loot
