Always put a couple balloons to bait air traps before placing healers

It gives you options to use different strategies

Of course you can always keep your minion prince at lvl1 and never use air armies, but if your meta changes, you'll be playing catch up

It's rather easy to farm resources at higher-ish townhalls

With the levels of those defenses, it's absolutely positive to 3 star, ideally you'll want to use a log launcher with whatever attack you end up going with so the cc troops can go and take out the townhall for you

I would definitely start your attack from the bottom so you can take out the Monolith and Multi Gear Tower, but it's important you have a mini army go in at the top to take out the Revenge tower, maybe do that first so that your army doesnt get deleted at the end of raid

I'd probably use dragons in your position because they wont get hit by the ricochet cannons at all meaning one of the only defenses on his base that are actually powerful are completely null against your attack

King with snake bracelet could probably funnel an entire side of that base by himself lol

Then your queen with like magic mirror and action figure at the top with a wallbreak into the top compartment could fully clear CC, 2 heroes with a headhunter or two, and take out the revenge tower for you

If you dont have that equipment on your queen, RC with some spell support or an invis or two can do the exact same thing

Or you could RC invis walk the Monolith and Gear Tower at the bottom

And start the raid from the top compartment to clear the Revenge tower early

Honestly his base is so underleveled it really should be a close 3 star

but given that there are dozens of legit th12s in witch 16, you are playing on easy mode with rc on top my th12 still cant promote there because good th12v14 armies are usually based on fireball...
