Alright, sorry it's out of my realm help then. Like I said, it could be a software or configuration issue, but I'm not familiar enough to walk you though troubleshooting it especially if you can't connect. If you want to check the settings you should be able to Ethernet connect your laptop or desktop and go through the settings that way. I would make a post on tomshardware or one if those sites. They normally have some knowledgeable people on the subject and can help you a lot better than I can
