The Liberals wins by having 5 Liberal policies played, while Fascists need 6

At every turn, one person is enacted as "President", and he has to choose his/her "Chancellor"

How long does it take to sign up? It's been here for about a minute

then, all players must vote "Ja" or 'Nein" at this new parliment, to show whether they trust these 2 or not

if more than 50% choose "Ja", the President must take 3 policies from top of pile and discard 1, then give to his/her Chancelor

then, it's up to the Chancelor to play any of the 2 policies, it can be either a Liberal or Fascist policy

if you choose Fascist policy, you might be suspected of being a Fascist yourself
