I've been in elo "hell" with some matches I'll have 4dps and I'll be the only healer some how everytime I get are the people yelling in coms or just don't wanna work with me from pings to VC which ends to us losing

gold 3 peak gold 2 Tank main can flex any role im "hardstuck" primarily from poor team mates who who have little to no comms and bad game sense also i have a bad habit of sometimes queing when im not feeling great leading to worse performance by me. I feel im at least plat ready maybe even low diamond

I am a venom OPT and im stuck in ELO HELL. At first, it was smooth sailing but my teammates are starting to come from the short bus and im LOSING. I think my skills are much higher than this rank and I deserve to be in ATLEAST diamond. All I need is teammates that will follow up with my kills, and listen to comms. I need to be healed when I come back and at this rank you dont get it. I WILL prove myself that I deserve a higher rank!

For elo hell. I am new to the whole hero shooter thing and i genuinely think my teammates are braindead. I might be wrong or i might be right idk. I spend moost of my time on competitive but i keep winning and losing when I am doing everything I am meant to do. Currently a cnd and namor main with a bit of venom on the side when need be.

Older picture of my profile, gold 2 now. Definitely stuck in elo hell. I lose more points in a comp game losing then I get from winning. Console NA servers
