#Prints not sticking to half of the plate, everything has failed since the test STL which worked well

I've been having a nightmare with my Anycubic Mono 4 10 the past few days, it's my first printer and I'm learning, but I didn't expect it to go this poorly. The test STL came out great, I was so happy with it, but everything since has failed. I will upload photos of all the fails, the one I'm dealing with most is only half of the plate will stick, and it's always the same half that fails. I've reset the printer level, changed FEP, made sure it's tight and it makes a drum sound, cleaned everything with IPA and a microfibre cloth and nothing has helped. I'm really desperate for a win, so if you can help, please do.

The bust is the closest I've got to a print, but it had lots of support marks, but I know that's because they were too thick, but during that print two of the smaller pieces failed to print at all, her hand and arm. When I do a vat clean you can see the imprint of the missiing items.

Made some progress, they actually printed properly. And the exposure isn’t far off.

I think 2 looks good?

TrIed Lucy again and another fail, this time loads of support marks, which could be sanded to be fair, so better than pits. This was a pre supported file, so you wouldn't expect this much damage. And again, the arm and pip-boy didn't print at all for some reason.

I'm wondering if anyone has advice on the cheapest solution to warm up my enclosure? It's usually 21-23c, I'd like to get it 25c+ ideally. I've spent so much money lately and it never ends, but I feel this would definitely help.
