How do you apply the wash and highlights to this battle suit?
#Help reading instructions, sorry I’m dumb.

If you're highlighting afterwards you can just paint the wash all over, just don't flood it too much otherwise the drops will leave ugly stains.
Then to highlight you just thin the paint a bit and paint successively smaller areas in the brighter colours and build up layers as you go
