Need help with streaking grime alternatives

It seems that where I live they are out of stock of both the ammo mig and the AK streaking grime. I would like to ask for some advice on alternatives to achieve this type of grime finished. I am looking at the AK094 Streaking Grime for Interior but would like your recs please.

I would just move to oil paints. I can't remember what specific color streaming grime is now (it was browner and is now greenish brown? Vice versa), but getting something in the same ballpark isn't that hard

Anything at the art store is probably fine. Windsor Newton and Gamblin are easy to find

There are various grades but don't worry too much about that for now

Abteilung is the "minipainting" version but it's named after Nazi shit so, not my favorite
