Soooooo, I'm back to post again. I basically almost entirely quit painting after I posted these and tried to revive my journal. Display painting became an outlet for a completely diminished enthusiasm, my graphic design career imploded, I got feedback that almost made me quit entirely (not only for the substance of the critique, but I also just couldn't take it well, too much of my emotions were tied into that particular piece mattering) and I became responsible for one more child. So here's what I didn't post in here. As a note, overall I will not be posting in here regularly anymore, mini painting and bust/display painting is a niche art, and often unless you are the sculptor or artist is limiting in creative expression. As an artist I wanted to say more with my work this year than pretty things to look at. Also parts of my Drukhari army, a small project that I hope to expand on this year of kitbashed minis for the 28project/gnarus and my Mordheim Warband.
