Help needed for assembly/painting

Sooooooo..... two of my players are moving away next saturday so we decided to do the final game on a thursday. so suddenly my year and a bit of notes is condensed down to like, a 5 hour game lol. so my mini wings is a bit.... big. i know that drilling holes and shoving metal pins in is the best way, but honestly, i have no confidence in doing that. what do you think would be better, crazy glue? crazy glue and wrap it in green stuff and reprime the area before painting it? any help would be appreciated

Two part epoxy, sand off the paint at the contact area. Try to make some gouges for the epoxy to really grab the surface. Wipe up the ooze from the joint, and hold firm for 5-10 while it sets, and 24hr to cure rock solid. Sandpaper to clean up the area before priming

Gorilla glue 5 minute epoxy or similar
