You're well within your lines, and your paint thickness looks good too. Those are great things to have down.
What I'd suggest is to finish up your bases with some texture paste, followed by a simple paint scheme. An muted orange-brown (similar to the raw cork you've used) drybrushed with a beige should look fantastic with your vibrant blue armor.
I'd do two more steps before calling this project done. Block in the weapons with black, and hit them with an edge highlight of either silver or grey.
Finally, dot in the eye lenses with an eye catching color like bright red, orange or maybe even a green.
Finally, congratulate yourself on a job well done, and move on to your next project.
