#Airbrush problems

I recently got a warhound titan and you could not pay me to base it by hand so I decided to use my airbrush. I started the compressor and I thought it was taking a while to fill up (it normally stops filling at 57 psi) and after a while I heard a loud bang and (iirc) a quiet hissing for a few seconds afterwards. I obviously turned it off quickly and tried to tell what had happened. Everything looks normal and I assume some air just escaped somehow but I'm not sure where it escaped from and how I can stop it from happening again. It is no longer leaking air, the psi meter thing is at just under 20. I'm slightly scared to turn it on again in case I damage it (it also almost gave my dog and cats a collective heart attack and I don't want to do that again). I have a tc90-t if that helps at all. Thanks and sorry for the essay!

TLDR: loud bang from compressor

Definitely time to get a new compressor. Hope it's within warranty and you can send it back.

^seconded. I wouldn't turn that thing back on. You could also take it to a welding/gas supply store for a full inspection. I believe they do compressor tanks and standalone tanks. Good luck bro!

For Europe, Wiltec's AF186 is what I have and it's supposed to be 47 dB
