I'm stuck ( dont mind the half finished tree, collecting more moss tomorrow) mostly on the terrain part, it looks too rocky to put grass on it what i originally planned but i like the colors and maybe it looks good without grass, also the part thats supposed to be actual rock looks funky
Tldr i would just appreciate some suggestions on how to continue this

I don't have much relevant experience, but I wouldn't expect added grass to look bad. You could add a layer of sand to smooth the rocky parts out? It's looking good to me.
