I've Been painting This orc sind Yesterday and I basecoated the leather parts. Here come my question to you. How can I make it Look less boring? Any Help will be appreciated

Adding more highlights and doing so with some texture (small lines rather than smooth coverage/ helps leather a lot.

the picture is kind of blurry so its hard to see, but leather is a textured surface

but all of the little scratches and highlights will help
