Since its still the seasonal sales, im thinking of upgrading my photography from a phone (Samsung A34) to something better suited for mini pictures, but im a noob when it comes to photography. So any suggestions would be great. To make it easier without price points, something like a "entry level" and "intermediate".

I dont know much about phone cameras as I use a DLSR, but if your phone can take pictures using manual mode or it can take RAW format pictures you are probably good with what you have.
They key is getting good light, the more the better usually, and having a stable camera. If you have or can get a car mount for your phone use this as a tripod to hold your phone still, or elastic bands to something solid.
Light your minis from as many points ans you can, front, left, right top. You dont want a harsh direct light, you want a defused light, so a bit of baking paper over the light source helps.
If you can take photos in RAW you will have much more wriggle room when it comes to editing, all those great mini photos you see online have all been edited to some degree.
White background you want to overexpose your pics a bit, black backround, under expose. You can bring back a LOT of detail in post processing if you shoot in RAW. Every single camera or phone you use to take images in jpeg format will 'edit' your photo for you before you see it based on what a 'normal' photo should look like.
Sorry this is a rambling post, but photography isn't just a what camera should I buy to get good pics thing. 🙂
If you want a new camera the things your are looking for are, can it take RAW format pictures, does it have a full manual mode, can I attatch it to a small tripod, and does it have a delay setting where you can press the trigger and 2s later it takes the picture.
Google exposure triangle, you need to balance your shutter speed, lens appature and ISO to get the best image you can. If you have a stable camera, shutter speed can be as slow as you like, even 1 or more seconds, ISO will effect how grainy your image is and appature will effect how much of your mini is in crisp focus.
Withm my DLSR and flash gun with a defuser I go for f11, ISO 100 and around 1/30 to 1s exposure on a tripod.
