What’s your best guess at what the pale blue/light gray color is?

More or less, doesn’t need to be an exact pallet replication but I like the color a lot.

Looks like some grey-blue as base layer.
I put the Vallejo one, but AK got the same.

Army Painter fanatic line has a Frost Blue about the same color as well
